Ellesmere
Island has now lost
10 times more shelf ice this summer than scientists predicted on
July 30.
Over the last 100 years, Ellesmere Island has lost over 91% of its ice
shelf which was 4000 years old. Rare ecosystems that have never been
studies have washed to the see and are forever lost.
Global warming damage is already irreversible but we can still do
something to prevent the worst to happen.
